  Every time that I come here the gentleman is very rude. Or maybe he just seems like he doesn't like his job. He speaks in a very monotone voice as if you are bothering him or he is bored with you and his job. Customer service = 0%. Worse service. Prices are too high anyway.

  Today was the first time at this store, even with a pouring rain I went there to return a box via fedex, and at the window says that he provide fedex service, my first impression was terrible, the owner looks like just woke up and came to work without taking a shower, I say hello and not even answer back to me, when I ask about his services start asking stupid questions even do I told him that I was returning the package he ask me what I want to do? I told him that the reason I was there was for the fedex service, so I need to bag the box and he said don't have anything for this box which is a boots size box, and when I ask why he just respond that he wasn't fedex service? what's wrong with this guy? he should be out of business and become a garbage collector, for me he will never never see me again, I went to Hackettstown and got good service
